Originally from Fayetteville, NC, Chad Williams had the pleasure of spending summer vacations with family at Carolina Beach. His affection for the coastal region started at an early age when he learned how to surf fish with his grandfather, body surf the crashing waves, ate the occasional Britt's doughnut and played the local golf courses. This affection for the coast made it an easy choice for him when he preferred to move to Wilmington in 1994 after being accepted to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
While attending UNCW, Chad Williams landed a job with United Parcel Service. Upon graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, he continued his career with UPS for 21 years in Wilmington, NC. His time at UPS has awarded him with attributes that will deliver as your Real Estate Professional; integrity, work ethic, loyalty, customer service, problem solving, communication, along with extensive area knowledge of the region. Operational Management experience has allowed him to work in a fast-paced environment and get the job done. When things get hectic, as they tend to do while purchasing or selling real estate, rest assured that Chad Williams can maintain and keep you at ease with a professional environment that buyers and sellers deserve.

In 2003, He met his soon to be loving wife Jessica. They married in the Spring of 2005 and have two beautiful children, Ella and Matthew. When Chad Williams is not handling real estate for you, he can be found spending time with his family, surf fishing, enjoying the serenity of the woods hunting, playing golf, traveling and on the basketball court.
